Regenerate does not respect z-index #209

Hello! Love the engine, but I find that regenerating for individual tokens does not respect z-index layering, I had to adjust config before regenerating, and even then still have some issues for files with special z-indexes.

I am also having this issue. would be great if rebuildAll.js would respect the z-index in place same as the original build from config.js.
