Example scoring model #2

I'd suggest reviewing this after merging #1

This PR introduces a new example doing actual scoring using a simple model. Untested, will revisit after we have a dynamic gRPC client :)

@nfultz added a more stats-y example with some app level logging to help future users of gRpc get started -- let me know what you think.
