Loan rejected for same names with different case #1

Users with the same name but different case are not accepted - overzealous input rejection Can lead to inconveniences when trying to quickly enter commands

Steps to reproduce:

  1. reserve item for username
  2. loan item to username in caps

Expected behaviour: Item will be reserved for the user

Actual behaviour: Loan is rejected due to a different user being specified
