feat(Data Grid): drag and drop rows #195

Closes #193

Note: There is something messing in the PR. The drag and drop feature can't be toggled currently, you will notice the dev-app has the checkbox for it disabled. I couldn't make it work in normal means, but of course it works fine if the property doesn't change.
