ListItem: verify uif-type binding responds to changes

Verify that the uif-type binding is responding to changes on the bound scope. May just need to add a demo & test case.

types to monitor changes:

• [x] list type (grid / list)
• [x] list selection type (single / multiple)
• [x] list item rendering type (item / item with image / item with icon)
