API Code Documentation:
Updated the documentation to resolve the hundreds of warnings that were being spit out during the build. Most of these warnings were due to an ambiguous reference to the list type function parameter definitions.

Update erroneous link references, fixed table formatting, added additional documentation for dataset members and dataset files
