License stuff missing #1

Maybe some file headers, to match the top level license file.

We don't typically add license headers in our source code. The entire library is MIT as defined by the top level license. The MIT license allows lots of flexibility with using the library and/or code and it will soon be added to the Central Repository. Functionality improvements are welcome through pull requests so that everyone may benefit.
