Can't install using your tutorial #7

Hello, I made a git clone in my folder /var/www/gxc Then I executed this command: php gxc/core/cms/cms.php cmsapp /var/www/project When I go here http://192.168.56.101/project/backend/install. I get this error http://screencast.com/t/gPLmVV0hNlp

So, I need to do changes in configuration manually or as I think it should do install script? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong?
