Charge limit set to 60% instead of stop charging. Charging never starts again #586

With the latest main version I have the problem that if the pv energy is no longer sufficient and the charging process should be stopped, the charge limit is set to 60% instead. This also ends the charging process (at soc >60%) but it does never start again (with enough pv energy). Has something been changed here in the last 2-3 weeks because I didn't have this problem with the previous version?
