[Feature Request] Netplay? #161

I know that v1.0.0 had Kaillera support, but v1.0.0 was extremely buggy and 
inconsistent, a new netplay feature in v 1.0.4 (not necessarily the outdated 
Kaillera client) would be very nice to have.

Hamachi could be, we create a network and people who want to play can do this

Dolphin has netplay based on a p2p solution made by 0746

you can work with that maybe
