Add command line support:

nulldc.exe /e "myfile.iso"

or

nulldc.exe "myfile.iso"

I think he means to add a command line switch that automatically boots and 
loads a specified image.

can already be done.

nulldc -config emu:AutoStart=1 -config imgreader:DefaultImage="path" -config 
imgreader:UseDefaultImage=1

or something among these lines
