I think this fixes #4, it makes it work for my application where I'm using capybara 2.1.0, at least.

Thanks! Any chance you could try it out on capy 2.0?

Yup! It appears to be working fine-- if I run the little test in this repo which uses capybara 2.0, I get an error raised from this gem as expected: https://github.com/carols10cents/capy-test
