Everything works fine on my side. I cannot reproduce this problem unfortunately. I'll try to get access to a Window machine (as I see that you are using that OS) and keep you posted.
Tested the extension on a (up-to-date) Windows machine and did not experience any problem. ... I notice that you use a long list of extensions. Did you check that a recent update to one of them does not conflict with easyGestures?

Ever since Firefox 76.0.1, trying to middle-click through the middle of the ring menu to open links in a new tab isn't working. Middle-clicking on links just opens the ring menu the vast majority of the time, without even showing the little target icon you normally get where you clicked indicating that the link will be opened in a new tab, and even when that little icon appears, a new tab still doesn't open.
I've tried changing the maximum delay for opening links in new tabs, and tried using both the default browser behaviour, and using the custom configured "Open in new tab" option, and neither works. The only in extremely rare circumstances will it work properly, and even then, never when I click on the actual link itself.
I haven't changed any settings or added any new addons that might have triggered this bug.
Needless to day, this severely restricts the usefulness of EasyGestures N for me. EasyGestures has been one of the most important addons for me from when it was first offered in its original form, and I seriously do not want to go without it.
