Add support for more sophisticated logic in all xDD API routes (where appropriate) and in client #36

Some routes do support both AND and OR queires, but most do not. In addition there are also more complex logical queries such as INCLUDES BUT EXCLUDES etc. All of these would be desirable aspects of any system.

This would be a significant feature update and needs to wait for the next round of updates.
