service protocol is lost when harvesting into CKAN #19

Harvested metadata from Alaska geoportal, got 122 records. metadata from Alaska geoportal for 'Alaska Borehole Temperatures': http://dggs.alaska.gov/geoportal/rest/document?id=%7BECD2EE02-6F9E-484D-B227-3BB2324B7232%7D has gmd:transferOptions//gmd:online//gmd:protocol/gco:CharacterString value of 'OGC:WMS', but harvested record in CKAN for same resource is missing the protocol/CharacterString value. Thus (I hope...) the map preview for the WMS is not being enabled in the results detail page for the resource.

this is related to the problems in the mapping from ISO to CKAN package. Might not be a problem with what pyCSW returns? Hopefully gets sorted out with https://github.com/ngds/ckanext-ngds/issues/635
