additional information is not formatted for HTML display in UI #623

e.g. http://search.geothermaldata.org/dataset/smu-geothermal-laboratory-well-log-observation there's just a JSON blob...labeled 'md_package'.

this should be formatted for people, with all useful metadata content displayed.

looks like that's not how its working now. not sure what changed. Change from blocking to minor
