another bogus bounding box... #14

this is about Geysers geothermal area in Lake County (oregon or California?), but the bounding box is in Hawaii...

@lmusil, @ccaudill -- any idea where the bad BB originated?

@smrazgs - Hawaii, Additional Year 3 stuff. I'll fix this and check the other hawaii year 3 submission. I'm guessing hawaii is the location for most of their submissions. task 2054.

yes, there are a bunch of things about Geysers, CA with Bboxes for Hawaii...

Resolved, changes will be visible after data is re-harvested into NGDS, Monday 4/28/2014.
