SMU aggregator record has bad links

Sent Raj and Cathy an email to get the GetCap URLs in their metadata instead

As a temporary fix, we've edited the URLs in the SMU metadata - this and similar issues need to be passed on to a metadata manager at SMU. Someone there needs to get up to speed on handling metadata after Raj no longer is working on the project.

All updates are now confirmed from the SMU WAF http://geothermal.smu.edu/csw-waf. We are waiting for their catalog sync to finish, which will be done by Monday 5/12. Plan on reharvesting directly from SMU again on Monday.
