NV-submitted metadata has no link/resource #19

There's also a link of some sort, which doesn't exist either (External Website).

Sent to Lisa and Matt at NV: "Metadata records were created by NV for several power plant facilities, which were given a “missing” link. Do you have those links now? If you could you please provide them ASAP so that we can enter them in?"

Updated state repository; will be reflected in CKAN upon new state harvest over the weekend.
