Reconfigure Geoportal Harvesting #2

Items harvested for OIT, Stanford, NREL, and USGS on catalog.stategeothermaldata.org will be moving to a different geoportal instance at catalog.usgin.org/geothermal. Items associated with the data providers above will no longer be searchable in search.stategeothermaldata.org.

search.geothermaldata.org will be the new search location for these items. In progress.

The geoportals have been reconfigured; catalog.stategeothermaldata.org will only contain project specific metadata. Right now this is only the WAF from repository.stategeothermaldata.org.
