Ohio well log observation service URLs don't work #28

http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/geosurvey/ogcim/petrol/dlg/tabid/7775/Default.aspx is dead, goes to dnr home page.

Sent Joe Wells (OH) email requesting other links. The links the the headers service (to API O&G wells) are now broken too - asked him to fix, send the actual files, or give more information.

Joe sent new links for the well headers - the Excel file in the repo has been replaced, Melony at IL hub has been sent the data to update the OHWellHeaders service.

From Joe regarding OH well logs: "we are looking into the other issues. There is no direct link to the logs b/c they are a product the Survey sells. I’ll be in touch Monday or so."

Emailed Mark and Melony at IL hub again today (she was on vacation, and doesn't look like it got fixed during that time). Emailed Joe again re: new log location redirect.

updated the redirects and sent it to Melony. waiting to hear back.

I couldn't redirect the loguri to that site because that would cause a lot of duplicates so I redirected them to xml and added https://gis.ohiodnr.gov/Website/DOG/WellSummaryCard.asp?api=34005240480000 to ScannedFileURL.
