Change AZGS contact from Celia #33

Some metadata hosted by AZGS still have celia.coleman@azgs.az.gov listed as the metadata contact (http://www.geothermaldata.org/dataset/kentucky-core-analyses); change these to metadata@usgin.org

Also Issue #5, will need to do a search and replace in the db.

Old contacts found and updated with generic AZGS entry, visible on next sync from repo. Closed
