OIT metadata to be reprocessed #35

OIT metadata processed with csvtoMetadata tool needs to be reprocessed. RoleCode fields and other information need updated. This metadata process is CSVtoMetadata Tool->WAF->Geothermal Geoportal->NGDS. @ccaudill I'll wait for your input on this, see if there are any plans to make edits to these 16+ compilations before I reprocess them.

Steve and I talked about combining all of the OIT batches & placing the batch number in the metadata processing notes. We could eliminate a lot of the duplication this way. Also, adding unique GUIDS to all of the OIT resources will be a priority when editing/processing begins.

@lmusil Sounds good - please let me know when this is finished. I have a few OIT tasks and will add the data from those to that file, following the new GUIDs and so on.

The information for the mastersheet is here. You can add them or send the tasks over to me to add. The OIT folders should be somewhat.... easier to navigate.

Combined and processed all OIT batches into mastersheet, task 1636 & batches 1a-20a are available online and are available with GUIDS in the geothermal catalog (geoPortal).

@lmusil There have been some updates to state geothermal metadata too - what you do say we schedule a reharvest into CKAN next week?
