Edie Starbuck, Geologic Mapping Unit Chief at Missouri Geological Survey requests that this map be taken down and replaced with an updated and much better quality map.

For now, @lmusil let's remove this (or for good practice, suggest to EGI that it be removed) from the EGI metadata we have in advance of their next harvest of metadata (EGI will have to dump and reharvest anyway due to some CSV to XML conversion errors in original metadata).

Emailing Edie to see if we can add the new PDF as a distribution at http://repository.stategeothermaldata.org/repository/resource/9e15e1a59b768b330d029e86dc10e84b/ or if a new metadata record is necessary.
