On this page (http://geothermaldata.org/dataset/utah-log-of-borehole-pi-it-1) the link to this PDF looks like it might be broken. When viewing this in Chrome I get a "This webpage is not available."

@skmar and I just spoke about this, EGI pages are still down. Resources housed at http://ngds.egi.utah.edu/files are unavailable.

Yep @skmar this is hosted by EGI and their files are currently down. Eric from EGI has been contacted via email several times, but I will attempt to contact Joe Moore also.
