Looks like the link to this PDF is broken.

sent to Doug: "It looks like we expect to find http://kgs.uky.edu/kgsweb/geothermal/nc/maps/OFR2004-04_PaintRockQuad.pdf but that map is not at the http://kgs.uky.edu/kgsweb/geothermal/nc/maps/ location. It’s from the attached metadata compilation, record is highlighted, but we don’t seem to have the PDF of the map itself. Any thoughts on where this went?"
