Metadata contacts #5

Celia Coleman is still listed as metadata contact on some records. Change to 'Metadata Editor", with metadata@usgin.org as e-mail, no phone number.

Can we have an e-mail link so metadata messages get posted to this issue tracker?

That would require the email address be linked to this issues tracker. Will first speak with Pam to find out how that email address was set up.

The email address is set up in the django interface not drupal, her contact info is already changed. The problem is the metadata she created doesn't just change as well, these records are also not set up to have the metadata contact edited. If this NEEDS to be changed we will have to delete the records and re-enter them.

I'll look into this more, from what I can tell anyone who has entered anything is listed as a metadata contact, but only in items they have manually entered. All our names look to be floating around in the AASG Repo as metadata contacts.

Old contacts found and updated with generic AZGS entry, visible on next sync from repo. Closed
