Washington GINstack on Amazon machine not working #53

Washington has not published any data yet to their node. The GINstack was set up for them by Dan at REI. But the person who had this as a task is no longer with them and they are in the process of hiring the replacement. In the meantime, they are going to try to see if they can run it on their own.
