URL-encode Links to azgs mining photos in catalog #58

Some of the URLs have spaces that are not URL encoded, so they don't resolve.

e.g. http://catalog.usgin.org/geoportal/catalog/search/resource/details.page?uuid=%7B8B2D1685-14EE-4DCF-9726-F8BBFFAF02BB%7D resource url in metadata is http://docs.azgs.az.gov/OnlineAccessMineFiles/PhotoColl/B/BagdadMaySME2006 097.jpg doesn't work, should be (last part...): BagdadMaySME2006%20097.jpg
