Text says "Missing" under 'Resource URL' which is not missing #9

Having the "Missing" text there makes it sound like the resource is missing, but it is available. If the description of the URL is 'MIssing' this text under the 'Resource URL' should be removed altogether.

central_page So, this link (now called Resource URL) should take you directly to the PDF and should also omit the description of the URL which is Missing.

To clarify, this is an issue at https://github.com/ngds/ckanext-ngds/issues/324# because if the URL description is missing, nothing should be displayed at all.

@lmusil A separate issue is why are the descriptions for URLs missing? For state data at least, a description for the URLs for web services was not entered in. Let's talk about what the best text would be to enter in for these and do a bulk update in the state repo.

Ckan handles null values for description by placing 'No description for this resource' in it's place. Anything that has a ServiceType value (OGC:WFS,OGC:WMS), but no description defaults to 'Null' in the SGD Repo. The 'missing' descriptions have been updated to say "No Description Was Provided" per Steve's Request. Anything harvested or entered in the future to the SGD Repo will default to the statement above instead of 'Missing'. ALL Items re synched into Geoportal, ready to harvest.
