The Postgresql database, the pyCSW Docker application, the three node applications (ngds-app-ssl, ngds-pg-pool, ngds-pysearch) do not automaticaally start when Ubuntu is rebooted..

Modified update-rc.d to enable postgresql startup, docker service and pycsw configured to restart, modified 3 app configs and reloaded. Still requires reboot test
