After discussion about if we want to push a new version of the schema (which would require us to republish all the AqChem services in this new 1.11 version) comments from Diane:
There are 3 headers that do need to be change as they are incorrect so may as well make the other changes with it. Looks like it will need a version top-off. Want to wait until all comments are in? Maybe feedback from Steve? All depends on how good/scientifically correct you want your product to be
The Excel file representation of this information exchange has been edited so that the "Data" tab has been replaced by multiple tabs representing what will become individual layers in web services. Data tab is now superfluous.
Please comment on/edit this new 1.10.3 version on https://github.com/usgin-models/AqueousChemistry. Comment period should last no longer than the end of the week, being closed out and approved by Friday, 12/20/2013. Also provide comments about extending this period if needed.
