I'll need more information to diagnose the problem. What operating system are
you running (including the version) and what is the error message that pops up?
The original issue was posted a while ago, I suggest asonete try using the most
recent version and see if the problem persists.

Hi
I have the same problem.
Windows 7 (64 bit), running the latest version of PG app, which I downloaded a
few days ago.
I submitted the code and click on the download button and after a short time,
the error message pops up with Errno 10060. Please see attached.
I'm trying to do this from my work PC, which is probably going through a proxy.
When I tried the app at home, using my personal laptop, it works fine.

Same problem here, I cannot login on Facebook. It says me << Error 104:
Incorrect Signature >> instead of asking for username and password. I'm running
Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit.

I have the same problem. See attached file for an image of the problem. I get a
"login failure" when I open Photograbber. And instead of displaying a code to
download photos, it says "ERROR!" I'm running Windows XP Pro. And it doesn't
matter whether I use my HP or Gateway laptop, I get the same error.
