Issue

There are no instructions on how developers can run this project in their local environments. While it can be reverse-engineered by reading the code, it is standard for a project to have a README with basic instructions.

Expected

Add a README file containing the following details:

• Pre-requisites (which Node version the project supports)
• Instructions to run the application locally
• Instructions to run the tests locally
