Hi,

Just wanted to know if FuSeq can work with WES(DNA) as mentioned in https://europepmc.org/article/pmc/pmc8888970 or FuSeq-WES is a different tool altogether.

FuSeq can not work for the DNA-seq data. Instead, please visit FuSeq_WES here https://github.com/nghiavtr/FuSeq_WES
