Fuseq_WES does not export the supported bam file as the result. As my understanding, you are trying to visualize the gene fusion, if so, you can consider getting the *.BEDPE file from the output of Fuseq_WES. A discussion on this issue is here https://github.com/nghiavtr/FuSeq_WES/issues/5
