I love the control and it's exactly what I need.
I'm trying to display a SharePoint page on my App but I'm getting a ".sharepoint.com refused to connect" error.

I've tried the URL in a iFrame tester and the error details are: Refused to frame 'https://.sharepoint.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'self' teams.microsoft.com .teams.microsoft.com .skype.com .teams.microsoft.us local.teams.office.com .powerapps.com .yammer.com engage.cloud.microsoft .officeapps.live.com .office.com .microsoft365.com .stream.azure-test.net .microsoftstream.com .dynamics.com .microsoft.com onedrive.live.com *.onedrive.live.com securebroker.sharepointonline.com".

however the app is running under the URL: https://apps.powerapps.com/play/e/default........... so I would have thought it should work given *.powerapps.com is listed above

Have you run into this, any thoughts on how to resolve it?

Same error as above. Wondering if were able to resolve?

unfortunately no. We've upgraded and went with a different solution.
