fuction reset_all in winterm dose not propegate std_err #23

I'm trying to find reason on why colorama some times end up with assertion 
error when pipeing std, but writing to stderr.

One problem seams to me be that it dosent propegate if it is changing stderr...

Hey. Thanks for the bug report. I'm not aware of that problem.

Can you let me know what operating system and Python version you are running 
on, and show some code that duplicates the error? Failing that, any other clues 
you can gather about when it happens?
