License statement #25

It's a legal question around the license, I want to use Colorama, but without
the actual BSD license file I'm not clear how I can comply with the original
BSD requirement to include the 'advertisement'.
Unless of course you really intended to use the 'modified' or 3-clause BSD
which came into effect ages ago. I just want to to be clear that you do NOT
require the old advertisement clause:
3. All advertising materials mentioning features or use of this software
   must display the following acknowledgement:
This product includes software developed by the University of
     California, Berkeley and its contributors.

If so, can you please indicate on the python package website, and/or include a
modified 3-clause license file? See
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php.

PS: Colorama works a treat on Windows 2008 Server, on Python 2.6 and 2.7 :-)

Um, apologies - the license file is present in the google code depot, something
I missed because I only pulled down the pypi package. Might still be wise to
update the pypi.
