Infinite loop error after import

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install the package
2. init the lib in a console

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
--> no input is expected from the lib import but it starts some sort of 
infinite loop error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
--> Win 8.1 64bits / anaconda distribution / python 2.7

Please provide any additional information below.
--> I am not experienced it python programming even though that's the first 
time I have this issue after installing a new package, it is possible that the 
problem is between my chair and the keyboard!
