Bazel missing as dependency? #2

Started testing this flake manually, and noted that bazel seems to be missing as a build-time dependency...

The package looks pretty elaborate, there are even service modules for several scion components. It would be important to add documentation in order to fully benefit from it.

Scion reference implementation upstream is a high state of flux. Hopefully that will stabilise soon.

this flake is a valiant effort to tame the highly unreproducable build system, however that might change soon.
