Better directory structure #16

We should change to the following directory structure.

root/
- cost_management/ (rename modules folder)
  - account.py (rename PersonalBank.py)
  - transaction.py (rename Transaction.py)
  - helpers.py (move encoder.py)
  - cost_types/ (new folder)
  - base_type.py (move Product.py)
  - basic_types.py (new file)
- mainApp.py (rename walletHeroApp.py)

UPDATE: because import problems...
