Play Again appearing instead of standard play button #137

When configuring a static image via the playlist, and then a show with a 
mid-roll, the initial play 
button is a "play again" button, not a standard play button

Fixed with the big changes made to the way Flowplayer playlists are handled by 
the OAS - playlists are now read 
in as "shows" stream config, configured and then put back into FP as a playlist.
