JW Player autoPlay doesn't work properly #142

autoPlay doesn't work correctly if the "allowPlaylistControl" is set to false.

The initial ad plays, but the show stream doesn't auto-play...

Tested and verified as sorted in the 4.x and 5.x 0.4.2 RC2 implementations.
