url tags not being processed in non linear ad VAST responses #148

<url>image</url> isn't being processed if it's returned in a VAST response. 
<code>image_url</url> is being processed.

Fixed - function updated as follows:

        public function getContent(nonLinearVideoAd:NonLinearVideoAd):String {
            if(nonLinearVideoAd != null) {
                if(nonLinearVideoAd.hasCode()) {
                    return nonLinearVideoAd.codeBlock;
                }
                else {
                    if(nonLinearVideoAd.url != null) {
                        return replace(_template, "code", nonLinearVideoAd.url.url);                
                    }
                    else return "";
                }
            }
            else return "Non-linear video ad not available";
        }
