Overlays wont show when using FlowPlayer Playlists AND the overlay if the ONLY spot to display.

When using FlowPlayer Playlists, overlays will NOT SHOW if they are the 
only spot in the schedule or if a pre-roll didn't show up. However, IF a 
pre-roll precedes the overlay, then it will show fine.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply replace the scheduled pre-roll in all-example43.html for an 
overlay spot. It will not show. I tried using 'streams' instead of a 
playlist, and it showed correctly. So it's definitely a bug when using 
FlowPlayer Playlists. See your own example, where you can reproduce the 
problem 100% of the time.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Overlay should display.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.5 (FlowPlayer) and 0.4.0 (December 11 release)
