-static-link-runtime-shared-libraries required in flowplayer's build.xml to build openvideoads as built-in #237

What steps will reproduce the problem?
If that compile option is not added, the build will be successful, but there 
will be a runtime error , about not finding mx.util.UIDUtil, used in the  vast 
library source (like VideoAdServingTemplate.as).
Maybe this is flowplayer's build script fault, i dont know if that can be set 
when building the ova library, or plugin.
