Flowplayer regions not repositioning when control bar disappears #61

Bottom regions do not go to bottom of screen when control bar disappears (see 
example 17) Need 
to work out how to receive callbacks from the controls plugin when it disappears

Fix particularly because of the ad notice positioning - priority changed to 
critical

Fixed in FP 0.5.0 RC1 - only with FP 3.1.6 or greater where event notification 
is implemented.
