HTML, Image SWF and Text banners are not working as companion ads.

HTML, Image SWF and Text banners are not working as companion ads.
Web server and SQL image banners are working, however HTML, Image SWF and TEXT 
are not 
working.

Look into the conditions in CompanionAd.as and make default something that will 
work if all else fails rather 
than show nothing.
