Fine-tune Ansible Lint #631

Proposed changes

Temporarily comment out the Ansible compat requirement to let both Ansible Lint and Molecule choose the version of the package they require since they each require a different version.
Move the yamllint requirement from the Molecule requirements to the Ansible Lint requirements.
Bump Ansible collections.
